FLEXIBLE COMMISSION PLAN
Audrey Morgan and Synergy Home Team believe sellers should have options regarding the commission they pay to market their home. We want to put more money in your pocket when you sell your house, that’s why we offer our exclusive flexible commission plan!
Our p flexible commission plan ranges from 3.0% to 6.0%, depending on who finds the buyer for your home -- a buyer's agent, listing agent or YOU!
6.0% - A real estate agent from another Brokerage represents the Buyer. We market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all of the details of the sale for 3.0%. The buyer's agent / broker receive 3.0%.
4.5% - We find the Buyer for your home and no other Realtor or Broker is involved. Our commission is just 4.5%.
3.0% - You, the seller, find the buyer through a personal source (friend, co-worker, etc.) and another real estate Broker is not involved. We write the contract and coordinate the entire transaction from home inspections to buyer financing, and all the closing details. Our commission is reduced from 6.0% to 3.0%.
0% - You find the buyer (not exposed to your property by our brokerage or us) and there is no other agent involved. You don’t want our assistance. You pay nothing.
